Final counts are due one week prior to the event and may be adjusted up until three days before. You will be billed for the final count given or number of actual attendees, whichever is greater.
Customers need to provide an account number, check, or cash before the order is complete.
Linens are included on all food and beverage tables. There is an additional charge for seating tables or any other tables that need linen. Any specialty linens or colors may be ordered through the catering office.
China service will be charged in the event that equipment/china has to be rented to meet client expectations.
When hosting an event you are responsible for the equipment we have provided for the service of the event. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at a replacement cost.
Any orders given to us one day before the event will result in a last minute order fee of $20.00. This charge will be for last minute staffing and food order.
Cancellations must be made at a reasonable time. The cancellation should occur no later than 48 hours prior to the function.
Events that include preset items and items being served will have an additional fee for the labor. The minimum preset fee is $0.75 per person. This includes just silverware and iced water. For $1.00 per person silverware, iced water, bread and butter, salad, and carafes would be preset. In a served event the cost would be $1.50 per person.
Customers need to provide the Metz Catering Team with the proper dietary restrictions for every event. If none are communicated to us then we will not be providing any specific dietary restrictions at the event.
Centerpieces are not provided.
We provide ample food to provide all options chosen to everyone at your event which sometimes allows for excess but due to health board regulations no food may be taken from events.
